Filing case online now-need help with defendants info

What is the name of your state? California.

I'm in the middle of filing my small claims report online and I have a question regarding
the defendant. The defendant had my car towed away from his business parking lot. Do I file as an individual and use DBA with his company name? I do not know his home address on the mailing address of the company. Is that I use for filing the forms? I'm confused at the moment and would like to finish getting my papers filed. Thank you
