What is the name of your state?tx
I have latest 2003 model car currently KBB value of the car is about $15K but I owe about $19000 on it. If I file ch7 and want to reaffirm the loan, will I be reaffirming at $19K or its current value? What will happen down the road if I don't want to reaffirm. Will it have any impact on bk decision if I don't reaffirm?
