What is the name of your state? CA

I have experience with filing Chapter 7 in my past so my brother in law has asked me to assist with his own Ch7 filing due to several high medical bills from an accident including other credit card debt. For the past 3-4 years he has either been on disability and/or unemployment. Currently he is working odd jobs to earn cash to stay afloat, no actual paycheck. I know that you must include your income tax information and provide documentation. How is it handled if he has had no actual documented income other than the disability/unemployment?

Thanks!!
