 What is the name of your state? NJ
I believe I already asked this question but then I read something that made me nervous
My removal of the condition on the PR was removed this March. This July it will be 3 years that i am a permanent resident and 4 years that i am married to the US citizen. I was told i will be elegible to file my N-400 this April but then i found out that INS can forfeit your miney if you file too early. What is my best bet? I really want to get this over with. Can I wait till the 3 years will compelete or can I file right now? thank you kindly

If you are still married to the same US citizen through whom you obtained your permanent residence then you are eligible to apply for naturalization once you have been a permanent resident for 3 years (you can actually apply after 2 years 9 months).
