I have left my husband after many years of abuse. An injunction has been filed against him. I have been in hiding from him in a different city, within the same state (Florida). I would like to file divorce within the county in which I lived with him for over 5 years in order to maintain my current location a secret. My husband still resides at our address within the county at which I wish to file and in which we lived for over 5 years. Is it possible for me to file in the county in which he lives, if so, what is the time frame within which I must file (I have to date been away from him in the new location just under 2 weeks).

I would greatly appreciate your advice. My savings are not going to last forever and I hope your assistance will lead my in the right direction immediately and reduce the expense and time of contact different locally and in the previous county of residence. Thanks again.
