I am a 24 year old mother of 2 boys ages 6 and 3. My husband of 5 months was just recently caught cheating on me. He is a convicted felon for traffiking in a controlled substance. He is still using drugs and alcohol and has failed 3 drug tests through his parole officer. I am trying to find out if i can get sole custody and give him supervised visitations...I am afraid that he is going to use drugs around my kids and decide to do something stupid and cause them harm. If anyone can help me answer any of my questions then would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!!!
