do I need an attorney to file a property lien against a company that is refusing to pay me for work I performed for them? Where do I acquire the forms and the instructions once I have the forms and the procedure for filing correctly.? Thanks

My response:

You never say what type of work you performed. Employee work, or a work of improvement to Real Property. If you're asking questions about this, and procedure, you really need to have a consultation with an attorney, because no one here is going to go over all the laws and procedures with you. There are way too many laws and nuances about such matters, and we can't put you through law school to do it.
