Question: I have received three separate final admissions of liability in a workers comp case over the course of several years. They all have different dates. Does the second negate the first? Or the third the second? If so, does that fact have an impact on when the attorney fees should start? They are based on a percentage of monies received and started with the first admission.
Thanks
