Final order Qustion ????

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia
I have a question about my final order. I won custody of my kids in Feb. 2009 and a signed final order in Aug.2009. My question is it has 3 parts the final order, exhibit A (child support work sheet), and exhibit B (Parenting plan). The Parenting plan is signed nunco pro tunc to the day of the final hearing but the Final order is just signed with an Aug 2009 date. Can one part of the order go back to the date of the final hearing and another part not? I did take custody the day of the hearing. I don’t understand this. Thanks !!!!

Yes it can. And the final order should reference that in some way.

Is there any particular reason why it matters to you? My guess is that they wanted to ensure that the parenting plan was good from day one, but the final order was dated the day it was signed by the judge.

Yes it can. And the final order should reference that in some way.

The Final order do not reference it in any way. I have read it 30 times.
