finally some good news. husband had a support hearing and it was found out that the mother was hiding income, her ebay went from 1000 a month to over 1700 dollars, apparently there is more income and will eventually come out. and any overtime given will not be factored into any support.


also there is a stipulation in there divorce decree that states and i have mentioned it before on this forum that as long as the son is living in the life style that he is accustomed to that no child support is to be given, well this is being taken back to the original court in delaware county to solve.

and finally its nice to have lawyers who know their craft.

If that takes into account the seller fees, that is a substantial increase. I would assume she also does not pay for childcare since she does Ebay auctions. Not sure how on earth she is getting that type of income through online auctions but either way that is GOOD news for your hubby and in the long run for his ex and the child since the ex has learned how to run a profitable home-based business.
