Yes. With a properly written response, and copies of all of your requested financials.
Why would you have sent such documents to the Clerk of the court? The clerk is not a party to the action. So, I don't understand why you did that.
I really think you need to look into getting an attorney. Just from what you're saying in your post, you're going to get "steamrolled".
