What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wyoming

Hi there. I am currently attempting to fill out a financial affidavit for myself for a child custody modification hearing. My concern is that the only income coming in is from that of my husband. Do I follow all the procedures using HIS income or do I enter in an income of "0" dollars.

I am attempting to gain custody of my five year old and don't want the judge to think I'm penniless, which is far from the truth. How do I go about doing this? Thank you for your time!

Fill it out with the bills that are in your name. There should be a place that asks how you are paying things. Quite frankly if you are not working and are being supported by your husband then YOU are penniless. You are not financially independent.
