What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?AZ

So I purchased a new truck on april 5th. The loan was approved and everything went smoothly gave them a check worth 8,200$ and went on my way. The first 2 weeks went by ok, then i get a welcome call from the financing company. The information that they had recieved was all wrong (3,000 more a month than what i was making length of employment etc) so after submitting what i actually make and how long id been on the job they had to submit it to review. About a week later i get a call from the dealership saying they needed to talk to me about. So i go down and they say the loan was rejected (not surprised) and he would work on it and itd be a few days.

The kicker here is that the car i traded in had a balance on it and they where calling for a payment even though i didnt have the title or the vehicle in my poession and was told to make the payment on that car. Tried to defer it and it didnt work. So i call the dealership the following day and the department manager who i had been working with was on vacation and wouldnt be back till monday(this being a wedensday) I explained to his assisant manger that i wanted to bring the truck back and get the down payment back and to return my vehicle. I was told only "he" had the authroization to sign the check to return the payment.

Obviosuly this was bull to me so i called and wanted to speak to the sales manager. Well i didnt hear back and after 4-5 phone calls low and behold he left for the day. So i moved up and demanded to talk to the general manager who didnt call back. After another 15-20 minutes i get a phone call from the manager who was on vacation and uoset because im "jumping command" and going to his bosses.

I explain what i want to do and he replies "well i already have another bank blah blah blah" I explained why i made my choice and i wanted to return it.

Its been a week and a half now and im driving around with this new truck no loan on said truck and still paying on a vehicle that i signed over to the dealership to avoid it being dinged on my credit report as late. I want to take it back and get the money and my other car back. However the dealership manager isnt wanting to return it because hes still "working on it"

Update: tried to take the truck back today for the 2nd time. They refused to take the truck and return my down payment and the car
