Finding a Social Security number for divorce

I live in the State of Oregon and need my spouses Social Security number for immigration processing and divorce. What public records am I able to go to or internet access do I have? I am not a US citz. and am separated after a short marriage due to domestic violence. I have no information except his personal details which are on the marriage license.

did you have a joint bank account? can you get ahold of a check? it should be on the check.

are you covered on his medical insurance? do you have a card? most providers use the SSN of the employed person as the id #

what about utilities? any of the above should have SSN # readily available on them.

you could also check for a drivers license #. most states are going to the SSN # as the drivers number.

court records also have ssn # on them. if you have a motion filed or he has filed for a motion, you should be able to obtain that information from there.
