I'm an adoptee in Nebraska. But I was born in Colorado. By the Nebraska law, am I allowed to find information on my biological mother? And since I was born in Colorado, do the adoption laws over rule the nebraska laws? Will I be able to find my bio mother?
I'm a high school Junior now, but I would like to find my birh mother after I graduate when I'm 18. will I be allowed to find her? I need help.
