What is the name of your state?Arizona
I have a fine that is 10 years old. According to state law it is supposed to be dropped from record. the court will not drop the case as per their own codes.
What am I supposed to do or can I do?

With anything driving related, a black and white application of traffic law ONLY applies to the citizen and ONLY when it leads to a conviction.
