I was recently approached by a Turkish Immigrant (assumed a legal US resident) to have my 16 year old daughter marry a family member in Turkey for the sum of $10,000 in cash and a new automobile. I refused the offer. What procedure can I activate to advise Immigration of this person's intent and what would the penalties be for such a bribe?What is the name of your state?
