my moms estate is final all debts paid and 5 of us kids got equal share of the money my mom was receiving every month for property she sold and remaining property divided we all agreed to take our money every 3 month my oldest sister is the adminastrator and so is my oldest brother now my sister is holding up our money because she is hiring an attorney to force a sale of the property remaining my oldest bro does not agree with this she was sending our checks but now refuses what can we do please help can she do this . california is the state
