Will commercial property damage insurance pay for fire damages if fire doors have been blocked open with wedges? (State is Ohio.)

Where was the fire and how did it start?
It all depends on what the fire investigators report states. Were there damages and/or acceleration of the fire as a result of the open doors? Were the open doors a contributing factor in the spread of the fire? If the doors were closed could the fire have started, been extingished, been contained etc?
