I moved in a row house and it was a mess the bathroom up stairs leaked downstairs, there wasn't any locks on the doors and a bunch of other things were messed up. I took pictures and wrote letters to the landlord but he wouldn't do anything. Then the house that was next to mine caught fire and the things I had in the beedroom next to that house was ruined by smoke and I lost everything. Who is responsible for all this mess.I live in De.
