My fire sprinkler went off in my apartment. I may have been at fault. No one is really sure what happen. My question is who can sue me and who can't. Am i held responsible for the damage to the property to the apartment?

My response:

Okay, hunker down, and whisper in my ear. There's no one around . . . it's just you and me. And, on top of that, you're anonymous, so no one else is gonna know. In order to get any kind of help from this site, you're gonna have to be completely honest and candid. We were all kids once, and have seen those same sprinkler. We have all said to ourselves, "What if I . . . .?
Some of us have even done the "What if." So, c'mon, let loose, and tell us the whole story, because that's the only way we're going to able to answer your questions.
