I live in oregon. a few days after i had brought up a harassment issue against my manager, i was fired. the company did not attempt to resolve the conflict. they alleged that they fired me for lack of skill. what rights do i have regarding an unresolved harassment issue, if the company's termination policy states that they can terminate an employee for any reason?

I am not sure that I understand your question. Apparently you are in a state where there is an at-will employment policy. That policy means that the employer can terminate an employee at any time, with or without a reason. That policy doesn't necessarily conflict with any requirement in state law to for an employer to investigate any and all complaints regarding discrimination/harrassment. Often times while a particular action may be unlawful (race, gender, religious discrimination) that doesn't necessarily mean that there is a law in that same code which mandates that the employers investigate first before any firings take place. Thus, it is not at all likely that you have any right to require your past employer to investigate your claims now or at any time.

PERSONALLLY I BELIEVED THEY FIRED YOU B/C THEY THINK YOU'RE CAUSING "TROUBLE" IF THE HARASSMENT CLAIM IS B/C OF ONE OF ISSUES UNDER TITLE VII CIVIL RIGHTS ACT 1964 THEN I WOULD SAY YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO RAISE A BROW. WAS YOUR CLAIM IN WRITING? HAVE THEY TALKED TO YOU ABOUT YOUR WORK PERFORMANCE BEFORE? WHAT WAS THE HARASSMENT ISSUE? WHAT DOES YOUR HARASSMET POLICY SAY AND DID THEY ENFORCE IT? HAVE YOU DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING? IF YOU RAISED A CONCERN ABOUT YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT THEN WHY DIDN'T THEY TRY TO REMEDY IT? THEY LIKE TO CLEAN HOUSE B/C IT IS EASIER
