I live in Ohio, Here is my story..

I had a personal issue, I was talking about it with a Family Advocate at the place I work, It is the same company, but different city... Entire different department.. Lets consider them not even related in this case... I was talking about my problem with this person I will call (S).. I confided in S and she told me, anything we talk about will not leave the room...

S was helping me by talking to me and getting me help for my personal issue, She went behind my back and spoke to my boss, (L)... I really had confided in her and trusted her.. With her doing this, It ended up getting me fired. My bosses (L)'s reason for firing me is because I "Lied" to her, she stated she has the right to know everything I do, even stuff that is not work related.. I had told her previously I was having personal issues, I told her to an extent what was going on. I told her it was depression related, which it was in a way, but I did not go in to much detail, I didnt feel I had to, honestly its none of her business...

Ill tell you this much.. It was drug related... Once I had the issue resolved, I had planned on telling her everything... One day S obviously told L the whole story.. One day I was out on crew going to a job-site and she had called the person I was riding with (T) and told him to bring me back to her office, she needed to speak with me...

When I got back to the office, she sat me down and said I was terminated, because I had lied to her about the matter, Which was confidential in the first place..

Now how is this any way legal? I don't really have much proof, seeing as how I don't have her on video/recorded telling me I was terminated for lying to her, and she also stated she has the right to know everything I do, even outside of work, and seeing as how I didn't tell her the whole story I was fired, and was to leave the property immediately or the police would be called..

It doesn't matter why you lied, it doesn't matter if you lied, it doesn't matter that you expected your co-worker to keep your conversation confidential. It doesn't matter if whatever you did happened at work or at home. The nature of at-will employment (to which your state is subject) is that you can be fired for almost any reason. There are exceptions to that, but nothing you have posted indicates that any of those exceptions apply in this case.
