Can i be fired for giving a paycheck to an employee when I've done it in the past? and it was never part of my job description? I always thought it was the sole responsibility of management to disburse payroll, forget about trusting a mere employee to do it? and i havent received anything in writing just through an email

Fired

I have told my ex-employer to have it in writing sent certified. he never had a problem trusting me to issue out payroll in the past, but instead of him taking the blame, its me. my work performance was never an issue, attendance was never an issue. he didnt give no notices that this employee was not to receive a check. im hurt and pissed
