What is the name of your state? INDIANA Can you be fired or laid off for any reason in Indiana? even if the boss wants to hire her soninlaw?

In every state but Montana, and even sometimes in Montana, you can be fired or laid off for any reason not specifically prohibited by law. Since no law in Indiana or any other states says that you can't be fired so that the boss can hire her son-in-law, if you are fired for that reason it is a legal termination.
