I was fired for taking 2 paid sick days. I was told that i was not dedicated enough for my job and was told i was being fired immediately. I broke no company rules and did not have an attendance problem. There were at least 3 other employees that called off on the same exact days that i called off and not one thing was said to them.Do i have any recourse? any help would be appreciated. I work in PA.

Nope. Unless you are protected by a bargaining agreement or a contract, you can be terminated at will.
