Firing my agent?

for delaware real estate:

can we break the listing contract with our real estate agent because we are not happy with the service being provided? we have signed a listing agreement slated to run through the end of december. we are getting to the point where we don't even want to talk to the agent. is there anything we can do?

Terminate the listing agreement for that very reason. Send a letter to the broker of the firm.
