What is the name of your state? FL I've heard that establishing SOL date for a CA to collect, is determined by the date you were first delinquent and unable to get current thereafter. Where can I locate that in Florida Statutes so that I can prove it in court? The Discovercard lawyer is trying to say the SOL for collections goes by the last time I made a payment.
