What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA

I got arrested around 2 a.m. on november 1st (halloween night) in King County

(Pulled over for speeding 70 in 35 zone)

Two other friends were in my car, and the officer let them go in my car.

I took the sobriety test and failed the last part with numbers.

Got arrested, stayed locked up for awhile (maybe an hour or so? not that long), then took a breath test.

The breath test resulted around 0.26 (I think)

The officer just let me go right after that, telling me to appear in court

by this wednesday for arraignment.

No paperworks or tickets, documents, nothing.

he just gave me back my punched license and told me to go.

What would be the penalties with/without a lawyer?

Driving drunk is probably
THE most retarded choice I have EVER made in my entire 19 years...

You were triple the legal limit, doubled the speed limit and were underage.

I have no idea why you didn't spend the night in the tank.

For the DWI: If convicted you will be sentenced to imprisonment for a minimum of 2 days up to a maximum of 1 year. You will be fined a minimum of $500 up to a maximum of $5,000. You will also be assessed a fee of $125. Your driver’s license will be suspended for 1 year.

Washington also has a vehicle seizure and forfeiture law for driving under the influence.

They let you go while you were still drunk?
Yeah, I know why he let me go.
I know I deserved being locked up for the night.
He didn't give me any documents, either
- just told me to come to court by coming wednesday.

I hired a good lawyer, but he sounds way too optimistic, that it makes me suspicious.
