What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

Hello. Just got a DUI last night. My first one, BAC was .12

what is the probability of losing my license? For what duration? I also received a ticket for improper lane usage. Does another ticket with the DUI make it worse?

You're going to lose your license for a year. Fines of $2500 and costs are the most likely other penalty, though jail is NOT out of the question.

The other moving violation isn't probably going to do much other than run up your point count with the DMV some more (which may result in its own suspension). Many DUIs start with some lesser violation which gives the cops the probable cause to stop you and investigate if you're drunk.
