What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida
I have a first time homebuyers bond loan on my condo. I owe more on my condo than it is worth. I lived there three years and I have recently moved. I cant afford to sell it. I cant refinance it and the mortgage company found out I moved and sent me a letter saying I have to occupy the property. Is there any way that I can rent this property. If I cant rent the property I may have no choice but to default and I dont want to do that.
