FL Gpa is Dead & Hooker has all his assets 5 mths later No Memorial

My Grandfather that resided in FL of 85 is Dead & the 4th wife has all his assets 5 months later still no US Burial. He died on Sept, 28th 2011 and his Brazilian fourth wife told the family in the middle of October that my Grandfather was dead. She said he died in Sao Paulo, Brazil and supposedly died of a broken femur. My grandfather was a wounded WWII vet and had social security that he collected among 2 houses and many life insurance policies that have been cashed in since this lady married him. I have done some digging and found records that she has been arrested for prostitution. My aunt lives right next door to my Grandfather, now her house, and said that my grandfather hired a prostitute and eventually they married. I know he had a will and she told me he did not. A very important note: My Grandfather was mentally insane and incompetent according to many doctor's and was on medication for this and many other meds. My question to you is: Does FL have an elderly at risk law? & which number marriage is limited to his estate? I can not prove murder of my grandfather, but not contacting the family when he was in the hospital on his death bed or even calling when he died is a little fishy, a month & 1/2 later??? Another important note, he was buried in Brazil, she said the next day. I know the family would have paid for the body to be sent home to the USA or the VA would of paid for it. They usually don't bury a Veteran on foreign soil. I have tipped the crimeline so that law enforcement can open an investigation on this woman. I have also found 4-6 aliases on this woman. PLEASE HELP??? She will not provide a death certificate to the family either!

don't tell that to all the 124,913 soldiers buried at these cemeteries which are maintained by the American Battle Monuments Commission :

Aisne-Marne, France
Ardennes, Belgium
Brittany, France
Brookwood, England
Cambridge, England
Corozal, Panama
Epinal, France
Flanders Field, Belgium
Florence, Italy
Henri-Chapelle, Belgium
Lorraine, France
Luxembourg, Luxembourg
Manila, Philippines
Meuse-Argonne, France
Mexico City, Mexico
Netherlands, Netherlands
Normandy, France
North Africa, Tunisia
Oise-Aisne, France
Rhone, France
Sicily-Rome, Italy
Somme, France
St. Mihiel, France
Suresnes, France

Beyond that, I do not see why you believe Florida law has any control over anything involving your grandfather. I will say one thing though: in any US state, the spouse of a decedent has control over the body. That means his current wife would be able to treat the remains as she saw fit.

which number marriage is limited to his estate?
the current one, regardless of what number it is.

If you thought your grandfather was being taken advantage of or abused, the proper time to contact authorities and do something about it would have been while he was alive.

Your concerns are getting even with the wife and getting your hands on the assets you feel entitled to. That you would post some of the things you did about your grandfather indicates this isn't an "avenging my beloved grandfather" scenario.

I doubt that "many" doctors told you your grandfather was "mentally insane." Doctors don't talk like that.
