What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Iowa.

What does it take for a citizen to try to have a flawed traffic citation dismissed? The technicality is the wrong vehicle year on the ticket.

The wrong year for your vehicle will not, in and of itself, cause the citation to be dismissed.
