first time home buyer - bought our home in february and the discloser said small trickle from corner during heavy rain. we said ok and now it's may and we have water from all corners and sides and through cracks in the floor. this might be a small trickle in a large mansion but this is the basement of only 893 sq ft. where we duped by the seller and his agent? how could we have forseen this in feb. when the ground was frozen? the home inspector didn't seem too concerned and said that all concrete block basements leak. this might be so but the walls are not the problem . we live in iowa
