Best friend convicted of DUI in FL in 1998. Have since found out that the breathalyzers were not calibrated properly during this time period, and there is a possibility that he was not legally intoxicated (which he has always maintained). I am looking to find websites where I can get case law information on individuals who have already had their convictions overturned due to this. Any ideas where I could find this?

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

You are such a good friend. I applaud your efforts:

Your best bet of course is to go to a criminal defense attorney (Florida State Bar lawyer referral service or http://www.attorneypages.com).

Your second bet: go to a local law school and ask the librarian to help you with a lexis or westlaw case search for this. You can even find these services online, but must pay a fee too.
