What is the name of your state? Florida

I have a 9 year old judgment against a contractor who is incorporated in florida. The judgment is against the corp and him individually.
He is active with jobs working, owns three rental homes, divorced with one minor child.
I am familiar with FL Statues and FLRCP. My question(s) are:
1. Can I attach, garnish or otherwise redirect his incoming rents?--how?
2. Can I attach, garnish or otherwise redirect the corps incoming revenue?--how?
3. Can I send him another 1.977 nine years after judgment rendered?
4. Can I file a Motion To Comply after failure to complete 1.977 nine years ago.
5. Can I file for Intergatories from his renters, bank, customers?
6. Can I file a Information Subpeona from his renter, bank, customers?
6a. If I can, can the information requested be directed to me personally?
7. Can I do a Debtors Exam?--Where does it have to be?

Thanks in advance for your input
