My husband and I are currently going through divorce proceedings. I moved out and am staying with a friend-who happens to be single and male. My husband is now telling me that he is going to sue me and my friend but won't tell me what he is suing us for. There is nothing going on between the two of us-we are just friends. I'm assuming that he is going to try to sue for adultery, but Florida is a no-fault state-can he do this?

hi, i live in fla. to and my wife was having an affair . my lawyer told me she could sleep with the whole state and there is nothing we can do about it . but i read that if there is proof that adultery was commited while we were together the judge would consider that during property division. good luck

No.. he would need hard proof and even then it might not make a blind bit of difference.
