What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I understand there are two 6 month suspensions, one is administrative and one is criminal. If my administrative suspension is going on now and say I don't go to trial and get convicted until June, then my administrative suspension will be almost over, so could the judge at that point nun pro tunc the 6 month criminal suspension back to when I first got suspended so that it runs concurrent? Otherwise its more like I am getting a year suspension.
