What is the name of your state? California

I was just arrested for a DUI (O.14,0.16) in Monterey Calfornia and spent 27 hours in jail waiting for bail, while visiting from Florida. I have retained an attorney, and am waiting for the outcomes of the DMV hearing, court etc...

Assuming (worse case scenario) that I am convicted of a first offense DUI (clean record otherwise):

1. is it possible to avoid additional jailtime?

2. does anyone know if I can satisfy both florida and california DUI school requirement by going to one school? Is it possible to use an online school?

3. how does probation work when I live in florida and am convicted by a california court?

I guess simply, does anyone have experience with a similar situation and how does one satisfy both states requiremnts in the most efficient way?

Thanks
