What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I have recently left a Florida LLC Company in dispute with the managing member. I recieved 10% stock in lieu of payment for major renovations I did in the building that was purchased. Now that I am not a working member of the LLC due to thier request I recieved an email requesting that I accept 10% billing for the day to day running of the business and they want to assign me 10% of the debt of the company. There was no stipulation when I accepted the stock in leiu of payment. Can they change the agreement after the fact. I am 85 years old and unsure of the status. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

What does your contract with them say exactly?

You cannot be held to anything not specified in the contract.
