Florida property pre- forclosure status ... Trying to delay with bank work something out,... My tenant realized that i was in forclosure and decided not to pay anymore... Can i demand payment. Or evict him?
What are my steps?

YES!

Send him a letter CRR stating he is in violation of your lease for failing to pay rent. You will proceed with the eviction process if needed.

If he is already past the due date, start the paperwork or send him the required pay or vacate notice.
