My spouse and I married in NJ and moved to Florida. My Spouse moved back to NJ 6 mos ago and I stayed in FL. Do I have to go to NJ and obtain an attorney for divorce? Can I file for divorce from FL which is a not fault state to NJ which is an at fault state?
