Subject: FMLA combined w/Disability

If person leaves work at 12 wks before due date of pregnancy (instead of the typical month
before due date) because of complications, person will go on short term disab. for a period of
90 days. Once 90 days is up (babies are most likely born), would person then go on Long
Term Disab, which they are entitled to?
AND when in there does the FMLA start - when person first leaves on disability?

Can FMLA leave (which I thought was unpaid) be combined with disability?
