I have been away from work for 2 weeks and according to my Dr it will be about 2 more weeks before I can return. This is an FMLA approved absence. I have called my HR person to keep her updated on my situation several times. My concern is we have a boss that is fully against any kind of FMLA absence and he has tried to make it as difficult as possible. Is he allowed to call my house and ask when I will be returning even tho Ive already furnished my HR dept with this information. He also does home visits to make sure I am actually at home. Is this any kind of violation to the FMLA rules?
