What is the name of your state? West Virginia (where it's all relative).

Can I access 911 recordings and police blotter records via a FOIA?

FYI-a local politician allegedly got wasted, slapped his wife around, she called 911, police came took him to his dad’s house 2 doors down and told the judge that either he could deal with him or they would have to. A right nice mess for him but can find nothing or any substance, just rumors.

Yes, we know. Where incest is rampant. By the way, say hello to your brother/husband for me.

If it's still an ongoing investigation, and nothing has gone to trial, then no.

Thanks. Assuming that there is no investigation, then the records are subject to a FOIA request?

Please note that the relative comment was to underscore that it is the judge's son . . never mind.
