Hi,

I'm Bo Chen, from Texas and new to this forum. Recently I filed for a PA request on myself from the online NSA.gov website.

I recently recieved a mail from the NSA, they notified me that my PA request was denied.
I read the letter several times and couldn't understand the reasons for a denial.

Can anyone here help me figure out exactly what it is saying?

Here is the scanned original images:

Thanks in advance,
Bo

You have never been affiliated with the NSA, CSS or any of their affiliates, therefore, NO records exsist. IF there is information about YOU in their records for reasons OTHER then being affiliated with one or more of these agencies, it would be classified and NOT subject to the Public Information Act.

If a file about YOU did not exsist before your request, it does NOW. However, the only information they would be able to release from that file will be your original request for information.

Is there a reason you believe the government has a classified file concerning you or did you just ask out of curiosity?

Just a tip - you might want to take your PERSONAL information off of the images you posted.
