What is the name of your state? illinois
i drive a truck that requires a c.d.l. with endorsements. and i have been told that we are followed and written reports on our driving are sent in to the company. so my question is, do the people doing the following need to be a certified instructor, with a c.d.l. also. if they are just any body would'nt that be harassment, or stalking? is'nt that just an apinion from a person?
