No offense, but do you have a degree or are you a shade tree lawyer? I don't wanna say something and be totally wrong. If you are telling me something that is the law, tell me it is law. Right now, I don't want to entertain a bunch of i thought or it only makes sense, because when dealing with idiot landlords, nothing makes sense. Thanks again. I'll get over there soon.

And they are worse then those in New York City, becuase rednecks have no morals and can sink into the gutter faster then people up here, who still have a sense of civility!
