I read your reply, and thank you for responding so fast. However, I was told that if your clothing and stuff is there that that makes it your legal residence in the state of California. Is this true? And by your answer, what you're saying is that I can just simply pack his stuff up, put it outside, change the locks and pretend I had never seen the guy before in my life and that would be OK?
Cause I have no problem doing this, I just wanted the legal OK from someone, and if you can give that to me, GREAT!!!

Thanks Again,
Mrs. Anderson

This is not easy since it is family, but he is going to get probably get you evicted anyway.

Its too bad you just cant move and leave him behind, that is really the best answer, and let the landlord and the police handle it.

You might as well change the locks, get him a cheap hotel room in the drunk distict, move his stuff there, and then move a car in the garage...

then when he comes back to harass you get then call the police on him for breaking and entering... and since he has a place to live, and not on the street...who are the poice going to believe anyway....kewl huh?

It will be tough love but what esle can you do?
