he had parents who signed him up for every sport available.....who coached and did team mom duty...a mom who volunteered at school almost every day for years...a mom who had four boys including a set of twins and 9 years between the oldest and youngest..who volunteered at 3 different schools at one point..a mom who was asked to be a substitute teacher because of all the good work she did within the school system....a mom whose other children have grown to be nice boys..very popular....not a single incident with the law....a mom who attended counseling with the troubled son .....and there was no video..there was no gun......there was only a witnessness' conflicting testimony.....and i believe that if he did do it..he deserves punishment......but even if he needs punishing....he's still my child and i want the lawyer to do his best..not to get him "off"...just his best..whatever the outcome was...and that includes sentencing....proper punishment for his crime....maybe treatment.......and my frustration has been the lack of any communication with his lawyer.....tho i have paid his fee in full......it's very sad that i paid almost 4 thousand dollars to someone who has never even returned one call prior to trial or since...that is why i turned to this site...i am NOT sure of anything..and his lawyer hasn't helped me a bit to understand........so.......you asked...i answered..i'm sorry you felt you had to attack me...sometimes a parent can do everything possible and a child goes their own way....i won't bother anyone here anymore....i read many of your posts.....and admired the way you gave your time to people in need...but as a person..i don't know that i'd ever want to know you....goodnight....

My response:

I never "attacked" you. And I didn't ask for your Biography. I asked questions about your son's upbringing, not yours. I merely asked some pointed questions that would give me some insight into how your son got to this point. I wanted to know about your kid, and what it was that caused him to be indicted, tried, and convicted of Bank Robbery.

The prosecutor had to have certain evidence against him, and that evidence had to be introduced. What was that evidence? So, in effect, you're saying that your son didn't rob a bank? He wasn't there? He used a Popsicle Stick to hold up a bank? What?

This would assist me in knowing whether or not your son's attorney was ineffective.

If you want to take my questions as "attacks" then, so be it.
